Yes. You can upgrade instantly and the new features are available immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no commitment. Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
An order is any retail order processed through eStack from any connected sales channel — Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or eBay. B2B wholesale orders are counted separately and are included in Professional and Enterprise plans.
Yes. eStack supports easy migration from most existing systems. Our onboarding team will help you import your catalog, configure your channels, and get up and running quickly. Enterprise customers receive dedicated migration support.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers may request invoiced billing on annual plans. All payments are processed securely.
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Depending on your location, VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout. EU and UK customers will see VAT applied. Swiss customers will see CHF pricing with applicable Swiss VAT where required.
